Questions gym owners ask
Who pays whom?
Your members pay you for their memberships, by cash, bank transfer or online. Liftmora bills you separately, monthly or yearly, for the software.
What do my members need?
A phone with a camera and WhatsApp. They log in with an email and password, and open their QR code or scan your poster. Nothing to install.
Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
No. Messages go out from day one within your plan's monthly allowance. Connect your own Fonnte number in Settings whenever you like and the cap goes away.
We have 80 members in a spreadsheet. How long does switching take?
An afternoon. Export your sheet as CSV, upload it, check the preview, import. Each member gets their activation link, or you can send links later if you'd rather tell them first.
What if a member forgets their password at the door?
Send a one-time QR link over WhatsApp from their member page, or scan their QR yourself from the staff scanner.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your account is suspended, not deleted, and you can export your members and finances as CSV at any time before or after.
